At Dizbi Private Limited, we aim to provide the best experience for our users. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy to accommodate such situations. 

1. Cancellation of Appointments 

  • Users can cancel an appointment with a healthcare provider (doctor, clinic, lab, etc.) at any time before the scheduled time without penalty. 
  • Cancellation Window: To cancel an appointment, users must do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. 
  • If an appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee may apply. 

2. Refunds 

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for services that have not been rendered (e.g., if a user cancels before the appointment or service is completed). 
  • Refund Processing: Refund requests will be credited within 7 working days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. 
  • Non-refundable Services: Some services, such as booking fees, consultation charges for services already provided, or products that have been used or delivered, may not be refundable. 

3. Changes by Service Providers 

  • If a healthcare provider (doctor, clinic, lab, etc.) cancels or reschedules an appointment, users will be notified, and users may be eligible for a full refund if they choose not to reschedule. 

4. Special Circumstances 

  • In case of emergencies or special circumstances users may request a cancellation or refund, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

5. Non-Refundable Fees 

  • Any transaction fees, administrative fees, or charges for services that have already been initiated are non-refundable. 

6. How to Request Cancellation/Refund 

  • Users can request cancellations or refunds directly through the Dizbi app by navigating to the appointments section and following the steps to request a cancellation or refund.

7. Modifications to the Policy 

  • Dizbi Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the app or email.
